무릎관절증(osteoarthrosis both knee)

"골관절염이라는 용어는 관절증(arthrosis) 또는 골관절증(osteoarthrosis)과 동의어로 사용되며 애초에 그 용어는 분류된 조건의 기초가 되거나 결정짓는 것이 아닌 관습적인 임상적 의미로 사용되어져 왔다.
즉, arthrosis = osteoarthrosis = osteoarthritis
관절증의 발생이 흔한 hip, knee,carpometacarpal joint을 발생원인이나 부위를 상세히 하기 위해 M16, 17, 18 단위에 구분
나머지 관절은 M15, 19 단위로 분류
질병분류 : osteoarthrosis both knee 는 M17.9
